You  know those random strangers you meet daily; those friendly enough to give a smile without any reason or to comment about the stuff around you? I always felt that to meet one of them is such a priviledge, it’s like sharing a momentary intimate connection with society. But after the experience, you realise everything just separates back into their individual aspects – something that you cannot rely on.

You are that to me now.

fascination

It’s an indication of a shift in interest. Movingly fascinating.

I’ve been listening to stuff I never thought I would. Like weird.

Gotten very lazy to post any new entries.

You see, to write is so much a priviledge that I need to consider the circumstances by which my fingers start flying across the keyboard. You will start thinking “inspiration” but I like to consider it more of the pride and honor of having your piece appreciated in the same way you wanted it to be in the first place. So in that sense, I am not lacking in inspirations, only that of confidence in the idea that appreciation may not come that easily.

I like to consider books that one can often find in hidden corners of the library; whose authors are barely known and whose books aren’t so widespread and well-discussed. Each of this books are inspirations but not all face the same appreciation.

That confidence is a barrier to the motivation to write.
